Returns and refunds
Because we sell beauty and personal-care products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please stop using the item if there may be a safety issue and contact us at info@snob.ae with your order number and photos, if possible. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise you. We’ll review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This applies to sale items too.

Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
