Shipping policy

At Snob Saloon and Boutique Co LLC our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be calculated depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the salon for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our salon to the destination. Domestic delivery takes 1-2 business days in Dubai and 2-5 business days for Abudhabi and the northern Emirates.
•  UAE orders are shipped by courier. 

Charges:

• Our charges are 15 AED for Dubai, and 30 for Abudhabi & the northern Emirates.
• International shipping charges will vary according to courier (DHL, Aramex, FedEx)
• Multiple orders may result in multiple charges to cardholders monthly statement

In Delivery Policy, Customer can request disputes or chargeback within 36 months. Please keep a proof of delivery receipt signed and/ or received by your customer.
